Our team manages the entire move — a furniture plan for the new residence, side-by-side sorting sessions, packing, and move-day management. We unpack, set up the kitchen, make the beds, and remove every box, so the new home feels like home on day one.
We handle moves from the house into senior living, between apartments in the same community, to a higher level of care, and from one community to another.
Planning ahead? We can begin sorting, organizing, and space-planning while you're still at home, so the move is calm and unhurried when the time comes.

We run some clear-outs with our own team and source competing quotes from vetted local crews for the rest. A buyer's decision begins at the curb. We coordinate exterior preparation — power washing, hardscape cleaning, and landscape restoration — timed for listing photography, so the property presents at its best when buyers see it first.
LISTING & SALE
The Same Person, All the Way Through
Connor personally lists, markets, and negotiates the sale through Elysian Homes by Mark Siwiec & Associates. Because the commission funds the coordination, the estate sale, clear-out, repairs, cleaning, and property prep come at no additional coordination cost when Home Hands manages your sale. The downsizing move is quoted separately, since that's our own team's labor rather than a vendor's.
And the person who coordinated your transition is the same person sitting at the closing table.

CONNOR BOYD

Connor works with every Home Hands client from the first phone call through the closing table. He designs the plan, schedules the vendors, and stays with it until the last box is unpacked or the house is sold.
He is also a licensed real estate salesperson with Elysian Homes by Mark Siwiec & Associates, so the person who managed the move and coordinated the prep is the same person who lists and sells the home. Nothing gets handed to an agent seeing the house for the first time.
A lifelong Fairport resident, Connor built Home Hands with his brother Nick after two years coordinating estates and senior transitions for an established local company. He has run more than 30 of these transitions.
